I ordered a set of mats for my Jaguar XF. The genuine Jaguar ones were starting to wear through. I paid the extra for the surefit guarantee and then thought it was probably but a waste but I was pleased that I did because when they arrived they didn’t have the cut outs for grips on the rear mats. I contacted them straight away and a set of the correct mats were on their way to me in no time. So customer service is brilliant. As for quality, I went for the executive grade and I can honestly say they feel better than the Jaguar ones I had in there before which surprised me. If you want a set of good quality mats for your car, you can’t go far wrong here. Yes there are cheaper options out there but you will get what you pay for. I for one am very pleased with these.
