When will I receive my order?

After recieving your order processing will take 1-2 days and then shipping will take at least another 2 business days. There is a slight delay due to the impact of COVID-19.

How much does delivery cost?

We charge Tracked Free Shipping (4-5 Business Days) and also Tracked Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days).

We offer two choices for delivery, depending on how quickly you need your order. Our deliveries are made by Royal Mail.

 

All deliveries are trackable, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

How do I track my delivery?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number and link to the courier's website for you to track your delivery.

Which courier do you use for delivery?

We take our choice of courier very seriously. We shop online ourselves and know how important delivery is, it can make or break your experience.

We use Royal Mail for delivery, they provide a great service at a reasonable cost, helping us keep our prices as low as possible.

How is my order shipped?

We deliberately use the minimum amount of packaging possible to help reduce our impact on the environment.

Our packaging is strong & durable and ensures that the mats arrive in great condition, every time. 

Please note we ship all orders in clear packaging and the contents of the package are visible when delivered.
